After re-reviewing this place again in the sad sad mall, i can say that it's worse than I thought. The chicken is overcooked and gummy, like eating rubber with fried skin. You can tell that it sits in oil all day long. The fries are soggy, and the bread is barely toasted. The cashier barely understands you and everyone looks like they want to game over themselves. How this stayed open during the collasping state of the mall. Terrible

Asked for cheese burgers with ketchup only received them with tomatoes, onions, some house sauce, and pickles. Brought them back to them and the guy literally picked everything out of them and gave me back the same burgers. I will never return to this place.

Very nice place quick place to grab something to eat. Nothing fancy food is good. Your normal chicken fingers and fries and wings if you're looking for something fast and quick definitely check this place out.

Do not eat here. Me and my partner were shopping and decided to get a bite to eat in the mall and decided on chicken because it seemed the safest choice. We had the wings and chicken tender platter with the grandma sauce.....needless to say it did not sit well with either of us. We ended up getting food poisoning - the whole 9 yards. Be advised when eating at the food court.

This place deserves no stars at all. Today I went there and I brought a combo of fries, chicken wings, and shrimps. After eating half of the food, I saw a piece of hair in the leftover. I am black, I do not have straight hair. So I went to the guy who gave me the food, and explained the issue. He removed his hat and said: I don't have hair. What do you want? Your money? This was gross, I can get sick from it, and the staff only care about money. They did not even bother to say sorry or show any empathy.

I never write reviews but I was so reluctant to try this place because the reviews were more negative than good, first off most of the reviews aren’t current I didn’t want to go off 1 year reviews so I decided to give this place a try, I want to start off by saying I have never tried this place, I don’t even live in the area and just ordered from Uber Eats. I think presentation is very important when handling food, the bag came very neatly packed almost like someone took their time to pack the order, off rip there was a menu, lots of napkins, utensils, and condiments. This alone intrigued me because most restaurants do not care how your order is packed as long as it gets to you, I must admit I wanted to try this place because they have plain churros something I can’t seem to find where I live, my first bite brought back so many memories and right then and there I was a satisfied customer. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and chicken tenders box the quesadilla came with salsa, sour cream and I asked for lettuce, something I have never seen with a quesadilla is chips, they are delicious most chips are plain but these have the right amount of taste I can eat them as a snack that’s how good they are. I specifically asked for honey mustard and I actually got it! Wow a place that actually accommodates my wants. As you can see food presentation is amazing, everything looks and taste great, it is also very reasonably priced. Please give this place a try I know the reviews are not that great but for a first timer I will definitely be ordering again thank you so much Chicken Now for great food and great service you have earned yourself a lifetime customer!

The best chicken and sauce to even touch my mouth, if I could make love to it, I would

When I first started working in Stamford CT, it was 1997, and back then, the food court had a Ranch 1. For those f you who aren't familiar, Ranch 1 had AMAZING chicken tenders, fresh cut French fries, as well as many other chicken dishes. But as soon as I tried the chicken tenders at Ranch 1, I needed, and ordered, nothing else. Ranch 1 built a substantial regional franchise base back then, but the chain got into financial problems, and gradually, most of their locations closed. At this point, the only 2 I still know of are in New Jersey.Since I had to visit the Stamford Town Center (a large mall in the enter of downtown Stamford) to pick up 2 packages from the Amazon lockers there (another long story, prompted by NY State government), I checked the mall directory to see where I could eat while there. And Chicken Now looked good. They featured chicken tenders in their description, and I flashed back to Ranch 1. So this became a must try, especially since the rest of the food court options held no appeal to me.Once I picked up my Amazon items, I went to the food court. Like the rest of the mall, there were a number of vacancies, courtesy of the retailpocalypse that had started before the pandemic, and accelerated during and after the pandemic. As this was fairly early (before 12 on a weekday), the mall was only lightly trafficked. I quickly found Chicken Now, and asked the cashier taking my order if he'd heard on Ranch 1. He Hadn't. Then I asked how old he was. '16'. The one in the mall might have closed before he was born. After asking about the choices for ordering chicken tenders, I settled on the combo platter with 6 tenders, fries, a drink, and a slice of toast. The tenders, advertised as 'fresh, marinated for 24 hours', were the best part of the meal. They were more heavily breaded than I expected, and not as good as Ranch 1, but still good. Unfortunately, the fries were disappointing - they tasted like fairly standard supermarket frozen fries, thicker than the shoestring fries from some chains, but more like fries you'd expect from a diner having an off day. I have no idea what was the point of the slice of toast. It added nothing to the meal, and was likely only there because they're not including something like the biscuits at some other chicken chains. A biscuit or roll would be better. The fountain soda options, though limited, offered Coke Zero Sugar, so that helped wash down everything. If I'm ever here again, I can take comfort knowing they offer the choice of just getting the tenders, without the combo. Somewhere in the food court there must be decent fries.

This place should be shutdown. It’s awful and dirty. The people that work in the front are nice however.
