I /We had an Outstanding experience at Cilantro restaurant! The staff at Cilantro is incredibly welcoming, warm, and attentive. Their expertise and willingness to help was above and beyond and totally exceeded my expectations. Everyone was professional and prompt with smiles always on their faces. My experience at Cilantro was a 10/10. The food was amazing from the margaritas to the ceviche with plantain chips to the Salmon Con Pinto. Cilantro is defiantly a hidden gem in Stamford. I can’t stop thinking about a great event and awesome experience. Vibe CHECK esthetics were on point. I can’t wait to go back!

My coworkers have been coming on a regular basis for Happy Hour, which very reasonably priced and the appetizers are delicious. However, do not question your bill if you ever go there for dinner, the rudeness and pure ignorance of the owner Alejandro Montoya leaves a lot to be desired, he basically humiliated my guest and I in front of all the guests just recently. Mr. Montoya you will certainly survive Greenwich with you atrocious customer service . What a pity because up until last Friday my colleague s really enjoyed going there. I guess we will have to find a more customer friendly way from now on.

Cilantro is a great restaurant! Before coming to Cilantro tonight I read the reviews on Yelp. I didn't pay attention to the negative comments because I've been to this restaurant before and I know their food is good. This time the food was not just good, it was great! I had the Trio Steak and it was delicious! Perfectly done, with shrimp, chorizo and lobster sauce. And tostones too! The flavors were perfectly blended and it was amazing for a good price. My husband had the Bistec Criollo, whih was also delicious. For dessert we had an awesome Tres Leches. The drinks were very good and the staff was super attentive. Special thanls to Alejandro! Will definitely be back for more. Recommended!

Placed an order on Uber Eats and 50 minutes later the driver calls saying he was told by the restaurant that they don’t work with Uber??? The driver tried to give them the phone and they simply REFUSED TO TALK TO ME. How can this be ok?? I called after finishing my call with Uber and all the guy kept repeating was “we don’t work with Uber anymore” I tried to explain, tried to talk to the manager (who “was not there” ???), tried to be reasonable but this restaurant is the worst. Food is good but they would always send wrong items and whenever I went to pick up the staff was rude and even refused to sell beverages lol. I hope this place closes.

I made a reservation here last week and my experience is such that the staff was generally rude and the food was okay... certainly not worth the price I paid. They serve poorly orchestrated Latin American dishes and charge $25+ for lame dishes.

Fantastic restaurant. The staff was very friendly, spoke fluent Spanish and English, and very prompt with the service. The food was absolutely delicious, I was thinking of my return before I finished the meal. The atmosphere was very relaxed and comfortable. I can't wait to go back when the weather has improved and try their balcony over main street.Pollo saltado was particularly impressive.Parking: You'll need to find parking nearby and walk in. Most of the garages are pay to use, some have free parking on Sunday options.Kid-friendliness: It's family friendly, more of a restaurant feel than a bar. The bar is quite small.

first time in this restaurant the food was perfect but the service from a girl was extremely unprofessional from the moment we entered with my family she served us very poorly and during the time she sat with her back to the customer this was extremely disrespectful I hope the manager can check this so That doesn't happen to other customers... it was a horrible experience, we felt very uncomfortable with this service... the food was very good but if you go, you don't want to be served by this extremely unprofessional girl...
