Penny Cha is known for the BEST boba drinks made by a lovely couple who always create new flavors. The fruit teas like mango, pineapple, and strawberry are fantastic, as well as the dalgona coffee and dulce de leche drinks. The service is friendly, and each drink comes with a smile and a daily sample. The handmade brown sugar boba is excellent, but some teas like Thai tea and matcha lattes were watery and lacking flavor. The ambiance is great, but there could be more variety and customization options for the drinks. Overall, Penny Cha is a refreshing treat for boba lovers looking for unique flavors and friendly service.
