I had a $700 dollar catering order delivered from Coal House on Saturday, and while the food itself was good, I was extremely disappointed by the lack of communication and poor attention to detail from Coal house. The pizza, which was supposed to be delivered at 5:30 PM, didn’t arrive until 6:30 PM—an hour late—without any update from the restaurant. Great pizza, wonderfully creative sandwiches (and killer meatballs!). Legendary jazz and blues legends on the walls and the best house music. Love it!!
