We tried almost all pastry shops here. But my kids wasn’t happy with the tastes. They were particular about vanilla pineapple flavor with pineapple pieces. We tried Sal’s and tried to explain the taste. To our surprise we got the exact taste . We Lovedddddd it!!!! It was Super Soft. Super tasty. And amazing. 10/10 points. Strongly recommend it. specially if you are looking for Indian Taste cake.
Here's the deal. The low ratings are from reviewers who don't know what to order. Sal's has many of the usual bakery items, and they're no better than any other bakery. But you don't want cookies or cakes here. You want cannoli and cream puffs. Sal's cannoli and cream puffs are the finest I know anywhere right now. They're ridiculously great. So to the people buying rainbow cookies and complaining that they're just the usual stupid rainbow cookies: yes they are. Get what's good....read full review

We got a lobster tail and a Napoleon. The cream has no sweetness in it. Because pastry dough isn't sweet, pastries are supposed to get their sweetness from the filling. The pastries we got literally had no sweetness. At least they weren't stale. That's the only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1.
