Coffe was terrible. It was literally milk with 1ml of coffe and zero caramel even tho I asked for one pump. Tragic. I dont remember when last time i bought coffe and throw whole one to trash.

I ordered from this store a breakfast meal. I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel and also a hot chocolate. The bagel was mediocre firstable let me start by saying it didnt even have enough cream cheese only a little bit. Then second the bagel tasted disgusting i spit it right out. The hot chocolate was cold.this store messed up my entire breakfast and wasted my money. I will never again purchase anything from here again. Is not cute to give customers a horrible service throw people money away. I threw the entire breakfast in the trash absolutely disgusting the bagel shame on your staff dunkin donuts.

Every single time I get donuts from this place they stack them like Jenga in my bag, the frosting always melts off by the time I get to work (which is literally across the street). The customer service is okay at best , there’s one gentlemen who’s been there for years and really knows what he’s doing, other than him none of the employees are friendly , there’s actually a few I’ve never even heard speak even though I go almost everyday. Some days I’ll order a sandwich and most of the time It’s barely constructed , usually the bagel has slides off or the meat is so far to either side that i have to reconstruct the entire sandwich to eat it.
