The Service is alright but it’s surely not the best and some of the workers work with disgust and attitude and then some of them believe that they could treat people with discrimination and I completely don’t agree with that at all because if I or another good hearted per was working there they wouldn’t act or feel towards towards as that towards another person human being as just the employee working because everyone deserves respect and kindness. On top of that the water it’s not free and at other locations the water at Dunkin’ Donuts is free.

Small/dirty train station Dunkin that charges much more than other locations (only because you're in the Stamford train station), (100 ct of munchkins $10 more than other dunkins) but not at all warranted or worth the extra cost due to the poor customer service, slow speed and messed up orders (they don't even bother toasting if requested). Very poorly run, not sure how they stay in business.

Female cashier was rude. They don't know how to make a hot mocha latte. It tastes just like milk. I always buy the same exact coffee beverage from Dunkin. Another cashier made it again and made it the exact same way. They need to send their employees for further training. I had to throw both coffees away!
They didn’t want to make my online-placed order because the coffee machine broke (there was more than coffee)

if I could give 0 stars for service, I would. The short Indian man was extremely rude. When I ordered my drink, he didn't let me even finish my order, he just ran away to make it. I wasn't sure if he was making somebody else's drink but just in case, I yelled out "With cream!" and when he came back I asked what was in the drink. He said regular milk. I told him "I can't have regular milk". Then he started yelling at me. And I replied back "Well, I said with cream while you ran away and you didn't let me finish ordering". Then he continued to yell at me. He was also yelling at the other customers that day. First of all, if he is taking orders he should let me finish making my order. I wanted to order more things as well and didn't get to because of him. And second, he should be asking customers what they want their drink with instead of assuming. And most importantly, don't yell at the customer. I understand tensions can rise high when it gets busy but it's not my fault it is busy. You are working at a Dunkin donuts inside of a large busy train station, you think it's not going to get busy? People are going to work, or getting home from work after an extended work day such as myself. I work at a clinic and it gets super busy with patients, I'm not yelling at them. Getting angry and taking your frustrations on others is not going to make anyone's day better. Never ordering from this location again. The station has another coffee place with much nicer people. I believe it is called Java Joe's or Joe's Coffee.

Cashier was on the phone when my mother and I were waiting in line. My mother had to say something first before the cashier even said anything. At this point, I didn't order anything because it was obvious the cashier didn't want to wait on us. When a white man came in line after us , she suddenly perked up, asked how he was doing and took his order. I feel like if you can't give good customer service to everyone regardless of skin tone, you should work from home in a field other than customer service.

Luckily I’ve never missed a train getting my coffee here. I’ve had great coffee and absolutely terrible coffee from here so it’s a 50/50 shot if the food & drinks will be good or not.
