Best Szechuan Red Hot Oil Dumplings in area (finsihed them too quickly sorry no photos). Moo Goo Gai Pan chicken light, fresh, well-seasoned & Wonton Special Soup, wontons are too think but overall very good Chinese choice for Stamford with good Covid protocols. Can see inside they are wearing masks and they practice contactless pick-up.Online ordering bug tells you order is ready in 10 minutes on your confirmation. Should change that to 25-30 minutes. About as good as you'll find for chinese takeaway on the stamford/Darien borders. Quality/taste varies depending on what you order, so some will be hit and miss but you will find one that you like, so stick with it
