All I wanted was a small foam containers worth of food & the guy at the counter wanted to force me to pick the large tin plate. I politely told him no & explained that I do not want that much food. He rudely replied "well we don't sell that size" (all while having it next to the tin plates on top of the steam table). I had to walk away. You may need to teach your staff how customer service works.
