2nd time to this place - ofc one is bc i liked the tacos and two I want to take pics this time and write them a review so more people can see it and come give it a try. Def love the birria tacos, fresh and tasty. Portion is big for me but nothing I need to complain about. The soup is just perfect for dipping. One little advice - add some homemade chili sauce or deep fried peppers to add some extra spicy for those who love spice. Will def come again.
Love love love! I always get their birria tacos ( sometimes they can be a miss though but other times so yummy!) they don’t even take long for your food, affordable and the lady taking orders is so sweet!
The best place to eat some good tacos!! Recommended.

Varelas Food Truck serves delicious meals with great customer service. Their Birria tacos are a hit, made with love and served with a tasty sauce. The rice and beans are creamy and perfectly cooked, and the service is incredibly fast. While portion sizes may be a concern, the food is fantastic and has earned a reputation as the best food truck ever.
