Disappointing poké. The fish wasn't fresh and of a questionable quality. My salmon looked like was was slightly cooked around the edges or frost bitten. The sauce was terrible. It was some sort of soy sauce mix and was too pungent and acidic.

Ordered Mushroom Truffle Ramen and Shio ramen through ubereats. We were starving and still were not able to eat these. Both were bland, oily and tasted almost the same. Unfortunately I'm really disappointed and hungry.

Ordered the spicy tonkotsu miso ramen via UberEats. Noodles were pretty bad, they tasted like soggy shin ramyun noodles. There were edamame and *pumpkins* (?!) in the broth, not that there was much broth in the first place, probably only several spoonfuls. The pork was not cut thin and was mostly not tender. I got extra grilled chicken which was absolutely terrible, hard and dry. This is definitely the worst ramen I've ever had, next to instant-noodle quality. In fact, if I haven't been eating too much Shin Ramyun, I would probably have preferred it. Shin Black has better noodles and broth and costs 8 times less. I couldn't even finish it halfway despite being quite hungry.

Bad food and a tiny portion. I ordered Ramen via Uber Eats and it came quickly. Unfortunately the Ramen itself was not good. Take my word for it and go somewhere else. I am confused as to why this place claims one 5 star review when most of the reviews are bad.

I got the spicy aji ramen and my friend got the vegetarian ramen. Both were way underwhelming and way overpriced for the quantity and more importantly the quality. Still waiting for a good decent ramen place in Stamford, this just isn't it. Definitely a let down.

Excellent! My first time ordering from Aji Ramen/Flavorism. Food arrived precisely on time. Most impressive was that the shoyu ramen was piping hot. Seriously tasted like it came straight out of the kitchen. I took away one star because I bought the large size, and there was not enough broth. The container was filled to the brim though. There's an option to have the broth packaged separately. I'll try that next time and hopefully be able to give Aji 5 stars.
