I have enjoyed Kashi for years. Last Sunday I went and it was not the same restaurant. The food quality was way down. We complained because the steak was overcooked and the broccoli cold. We complained and they took away the plate and said they were sorry and brought the same plate back say 5 minutes later. The service was not up to par either. While we were there, at least two couples came in and sat down and since no one came to the table, they left.

The hibachi was amazing! We also had sushi and fried calamari were scrumptious.
We wanted to have lunch at your restaurant today. I invited my friend, she specially came from another part of Connecticut (she lives an hour and a half drive from Stamford), but your manager refused to serve us (we arrived at 2.33pm, lunch until 3pm). Moreover, you not only refused, but also got rude. The girl Melissa, who introduced herself as the manager, spoke to me terribly.
