Sometimes, when everything is closed, I try to place an order with this place. Almost every time, very angry women answer the phone. They barely understand English and almost never answer my questions clearly, so I have to repeat the same thing two times.
She then becomes even more irritated and tries to hang up the phone as quickly as possible. This is awful and extremely unprofessional.
I have never understood why such angry people choose to work in jobs that involve dealing with people and customer service. It would honestly be better for both customers and for them if they worked in roles isolated from others. It would be much better for everyone.

This used to be the only Chinese food I wanted but they completely fell off. I've never in my life hated everything I ordered and I ordered several things. Rice was tasteless... Ribs were dry and hard to chew, egg rolls chewy... chicken too salty. I literally about to trash my food now. I noticed the changes but kept giving it another chance. It's safe to say I will never order from there again.

She repeated my address wrong and I very politely corrected her, and she responded with “I know give me your number man!” I understand that sometimes it is difficult to stay calm during busy hours but they must put someone professional who attends customers well because without customers their restaurant would fall apart.
