They never get your order right. No matter what burger or type of wings you order, every time you’re going to get the stone cold classic burger or the regular wings. Ordered 8 times till now every-time hoping they’ll send my order right, but disappointed 8 out of 8 times.

Showed up to pick up my order staff did not want to complete my order
Probably the worst Popeyes in Connecticut! Often runs out of food and important things like CHICKEN! Chicken often does not taste flavorful like other Popeyes. Very young immature staff. Orders often wrong make sure you check it. If you order on Uber eats 9/10 there will be an issue. I only gave 2 stars because it’s ALWAYS clean! That’s a plus.

Woman at the drive thru was not welcoming with her smirk after asking for sauce for each combo . She said only tenders are eaten with sauce and that she will run out of sauce if she gives us some ( as she’s chuckling). I was not asking for extra I was asking for each meal to get a sauce. We spent 60 dollars here. I didn’t get her name, but she was the Indian lady at the drive thru was working at 330 on 12/8/24
