This is my first time ordering food from this popeyes restaurant. I wish i can give them zero stars. I placed a order and the restaurant sent me a complete diferent order.on top of that the chicken is old. The chicken is hard to chew and also very dry and rubbery texture. The complete order was disgusting and horrible. I will not order anything else from this restaurant bad experience.

This place got worse. New workers 2025 have no customer service skills. They're rude, talk too fast, and give a vibe like they hate themselves and hate their jobs, and I get it, but this is just extreme. I was afraid of asking for sauce in case she (black hair girl short) would crash out on me. On top of that: no receipt so i can't complain to Popeyes directly (thats unacceptable), no biscuits in family pack, didn't ask me what pieces they have gave me all wings when I'm paying over $40 for chicken, and just unruly and chaotic environment. To be specific, these workers are in the afternoon, all Indian or some Middle Eastern on the same work shift. If I can somehow make this complaint official because Im sure the franchisee owner wouldn't be too happy with the state of this place, especially with how Westside Stamford is getting gentrified... those people should be careful with their jobs 😶🌫️😶🌫️

The cashier at popeyes specifically at this location is an amazing Guy and really does deserve to be recognized. I recall one day I went there and he was the person who was pretty much running the place, he was cashing and serving the food as well. He maintained his cool even though there were so many customers
This Popeyes the food is always fresh and clean. Sometimes it's hard to understand the person taking orders. Their accent is super heavy, you have to keep asking questions don't understand they keep saying hold on. Then they get the order wrong. This happened once but the not understanding at least 3 different times. It's soooooo frustrating. I don't understand why they would do that.
I really like the chicken, but the service at this store in Stamford is horrible. I thought the problem would be with the delivery service via app, but I placed my order to pick up at the location and the delivery time is terrible and the attendants work with bad will. I'M SORRY BUT THIS SERVICE IS AWFUL.

I'm never going back to this Popeyes store. Cashier made too many mistakes. I emphasized NOT spicy and ended up with spicy anyway. I didn't want to pay $40 round-trip with Uber just to return the chicken, so had to throw them away.
