Research Park Deli is a friendly restaurant offering excellent food and convenient services such as call-ahead orders and Uber Eats. Their American Combo grinder, featuring high-quality roast beef, is a must-try. The steak and cheese sandwich is also highly recommended. For catering, they provide various options, all fresh and delicious. Customers praise the chicken cutlet wedge, especially noting the generous amount of chicken and the accompanying macaroni salad, which is also very good. The chicken cutlets are thin, juicy, and always fresh, never dry, with full leaf lettuce used on sandwiches instead of soggy shredded lettuce. Many appreciate that their sandwiches are well-made and not messy, making them a favorite deli in Stamford. This hidden gem is sure to satisfy any customer's cravings.
