Poor takeout experience. Food comes missing sides and condiments. For $50+ you would think effort would go into making sure things were correct.

Saturday night dinner crowd was light, Dj was setting up for late night vibe. The overall restaurant conditions were clean, service slow without a smile. Food is just okay Mexican food nothing that stands out that would warrant my return. The short guy in a suit with glasses has the grumpiest service. Server dropped his tray next to our table , sauce and drinks splatter in all directions. Mrs grumpy suite who we found out is the manager didn’t offer an apology or more napkins, just kept saying it was an accident. At this point we had to leave most of us had salsa on our pants and shirts , face. It was also an accident we patron in this business never going back.

We've been loving Riviera Maya for many years. We usually meet friends there for frozen Margaritas and a delicious supper. The homemade Guacamoli, steak fajitas, seafood soup and the fresh chicken soup never disappoint. But everything on the menu is fresh and great. And, the wait staff are so kind and friendly.

Went here about a month ago. I left my bag and have been back several times asking for it since. They have told me they will check security footage but still have not. Disgusted. Would NEVER recommend this place.

I went to this establishment on Friday night for a bite to eat.

I’m going to keep it short.

The waiter was rude and did not ask us what we would like to order nor did he bring us chips and dip unlike the other tables had gotten, when we had ordered our food he grabbed the menus out of our hands and left.

When the food arrived it was disappointing to say the least.

Honestly the best part of the night was the fountain Coca Cola.

I would not recommend this place, there are many other great Mexican restaurants.

Absolutely deplorable delivery experience. Ordered 3 beef tacos and I had to “make them”, mind you some of the ingredients were missing, one of the shells were cracked and the steak quesadillas was not a quesadilla (it was two soft flour wraps with steak). Food was horrible.

I never leave reviews let alone bad ones, but this place should be avoided at all costs. I don’t know what kind of a business is being run based on lies/overcharging my credit card from what was written on the receipt. Absolutely disgusted at the TWO hour wait for a take out order that should have taken 20-45 mins and the customer service that followed for sub par over salted food. I was questioned whether I was at the right location as I’m looking at my receipt indicating I am at the right location. They told me they didn’t “get” my online order but had the entire order printed on a sheet of paper. When I addressed my concerns, I got an attitude and “10% off” (which was shown on the receipt, but I was charged the full amount on my card. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. There are better places to get food in Stamford owned by ethical people.

Used to be my go to happy hour spot. I went in one day that was still listed as a happy hour day via a sign by the front door, I was told by a bartender that they no longer do happy hour on Thursday and the hours for the rest of the week were shortened. I stopped going for a few weeks but was then invited by a friend who spoke Spanish. Upon arrival she spoke in Spanish to the same bartender who told us about the hours being changed and my friend confronted him about being racist (he confided in her that it was still happy hour and he would charge her the price but he was still charging us (the black customers) full price for the same drinks.Would give a zero if I could.

Clean establishment, great staff, excellent cocktails. The food is good, but nothing over the top, it's your fairly standard mexicana themed food. The carne asada was particularly good and worth note.

Parking: There is free parking nearby, but it's always full. I would recommend utilizing the parking garage attached to the target, it's within easy walking distance.

Kid-friendliness: Very family friendly.
