I have loved this place for years but my experience tonight really bothered me. We were asking to leave because they were closing at 9pm, it was 8:50pm. We would have loved to have another drink and continued to enjoy our conversation. I understand they want to close at a certain time but as someone who’s worked in the industry for 10+ years I would have never and would never tell a customer to leave so we could close. 🤷🏻♀️

They are very rude here they always got a attitude right when you walk in not sure if it’s for everybody or only Spanish race I went to different hibachi places they are way better then this place the food wasn’t good at all right when you are given the check they are right there on your back watching you they acting like you gonna run out without paying don’t give you no space they add they own tip service wasn’t good at all I won’t be returning.

Last night went to Shiki for hibachi the food was absolutely disgusting!!! The hibachi chef loaded the food with soy sauce to the point it was inedible. It was my nephew’s birthday he turned 9, this use to be his favorite restaurant however not anymore the hibachi chef was beyond obnoxious he went to squirt the water in his mouth and totally saturated him with water to a point his shirt was soaking wet and there was a puddle on the floor. Needless to say, my nephew was embarrassed and upset, it was an absolutely horrible experience for him. When we complained, the staff just llaughed. When we complain to management about the food, they just laughed. I will not be returning to this restaurant. Terrible experience!!

We came in late, and we weren't sure what time they closed. It was 8:30 pm. They took us in and let us order the food. It was delicious except the broccoli ? wasn't steamed at all, probably to save time. We weren't mad or annoyed because we came late.

Shiki hibachi was very good. My dad has a shellfish allergy and in the past hibachi restaurant’s have always cooked his food in the kitchen and brought it out. This particular chef didn’t seem bothered that my dad has a shellfish allergy and cooked my dad’s food on the grill; first. For the first time my dad was able to truly enjoy the hibachi experience! The food was amazing, the portions were great for the price and we will definitely return. Just remember to make a reservation early as tables fill up quickly.
