This place has improved since my last visit a year ago. If they stick to the Starbucks franchise/brand then the only variable is staffing, and of course this can vary a lot between individuals and day to day moods. Today was a good day with nice and efficient staff. So it's worth an extra star for the improvement.

For the last few months, there hasn't been a single time, regardless of the hour, that I've been able to order in the drive thru and finish without wasting 20-30+ minutes idling in my car, waiting for my order.
