Ordered a “Shrimp” leche de tigre and to say the least it did not looked like one, only had two pieces of shrimp and overall did not look good at all, looked more like a expired milk with some two shrimps and some onions.

First time eating here. Was delicious and fresh. Friendly staff. Whether American or from South or Central America the food is authentic and worth a try.

Stopped in for a quick bite. Food was awesome, service was a little slow and not attentive but they were very nice. The Lomo Saltado was great. Will be back!

I’ve had issues with long delivery times before, but this time was the worst. I waited almost an hour before calling to ask what was going on, only to be told they were out of chicken—after I already paid, and they wouldn’t let me change my order. Then they said it would take another 40–45 minutes.
At that point, I had no choice but to cancel my order and request a refund because it was taking way too long. Now I have to wait five days just to get my money back.
If you can’t fulfill orders in a reasonable amount of time, don’t have them available online. This whole experience was unacceptable.
Get it together.

Set expectations for how long food takes, ordered on Uber Eats and showed up at 8:59 for estimated finish at 9:00pm, it was like they didn't know I ordered. Didn't get food till 9:14, did they just start then, when I arrived... Disappointed with a 15 minutes wait. Like, just tell your Uber Eats partners, set longer preparation time for foods, so customers don't wait excessively.

My partner and I came hungry and left satisfied. Friendly service and amazing entrée options with descriptions for most items that helped me navigate the menu.
Everything sounded so good, it was hard to choose, but we ended up getting a few appetizers to try which were okay (great pupusa, decent papa huancaina, yummy boliyucas) but really outshone by the main dishes we ordered (Lomo saltado and chaufa de pollo).
The desserts had the makings of deliciousness, but someone may not have been having the best time in the kitchen for this particular batch of flan or rellenitos guatemala.
We will absolutely be back!

We order take out today. The rice was block rice, it was not that good how used to be. The cherry on top was THE LASHES HAIR INSIDE OF THE BEANS
Disappointing Experience with Poor Service...
I was looking forward to a nice dinner out today, hoping to relax and enjoy my evening. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. I was left waiting for an extended period, despite the fact that the restaurant was nearly empty. It seemed like the staff prioritized customers who were on their phones, which was quite frustrating.
By the time I decided to leave, I was feeling angry and disappointed. The lack of professionalism was evident, not to mention the overall aesthetics of the place left much to be desired. I expected a better experience, and I won’t be returning.
They forget to put extra things that are requested in the order for delivery or pickup.
"I've been a long-time loyal Old House customer, ordering several times a month and spending over $60 on each order. I've always enjoyed their food, but my recent experience has really changed my perception.
I called to ask for some extra sauce with my meal, thinking it was a small request, especially considering how frequent a customer I am. To my surprise, they said no, mentioning their 'policy' on sauces. I understand that businesses need to control costs, but I found it very disappointing that as a regular customer who constantly supports them, they couldn't make this small exception.
Good customer service goes beyond the food; it's about valuing the people who keep coming back. A small gesture, like adding a little more sauce, would have made me feel valued, but instead I felt ignored. I hope they reconsider their approach to customer loyalty, because with so many dining options, it's these details that make the difference. I will no longer be your customer and I refuse to give business to restaurants that are extremely stingy despite my long relationship with them. It's insulting. Do you think one sauce is enough for the chaufa order? And not wanting to give me one more, what did I ask for?
Look at the photos of all my orders. And they lost my money for 1 sauce.

Today we visited and I ordered a Guatemalan tray, they gave me completely raw beef and instead of marinated pork they gave me chicken breast and they didn't tell me anything thinking that I wouldn't realize how bad I liked the food here but I will never go back 🫥
