I gave 1 star because the food flavor was good , the customer service is horrible. I ordered a ceviche when I received it it was filled with onion and about 6 pieces of seafood. When addrs to the manager he said he will take care of it, when I recived the ceviche back they gave me the same one i sent back but with no onion. When I tried to explain this to the waitress, she was dismissive and kept making excuses on how she was busy. We requested the manager, and he never came to our table.We started to get up to leave, and that's when the waitress approached us, asking if we needed a bag and to collect our bill. I understand that this restaurant is busy and short staff, but the service is horrible. The manager did not take any accountability. I will not be ordering from here again. I should have read the reviews before coming here. They have had the same issues since 2019. This establishment did not take any accountability for their horrible service. The only thing saving this establishment is the food flavor, not portion. They should just switch takeout.

I had tallarin verde with grill chicken (pollo a la blancha). My girl had lomo saltado. I definitely recommend the tallarin verde with grill chicken. They sangria was amazing as well. We had pupusa as well of chicharon. I would admit they barely put chicharon but had massive cheese.

This place is disgusting ?. I Ordered a small and big size grilled chicken with rice and beans. Both grilled chicken was OD covered with the orange seasoning sazón de Goya. It wasn’t enjoyable at all. My husband and our child couldn’t eat it. This isn’t the first time they have done this. This restaurant deserves a 0 rate. Just nasty. Never going back

Ordered pupusas revueltas, 99% cheese with teeny weeny bit of chicharon, some or them didnt even have any meat on them at all.Called the restaurant just to let them know but the lady completely denied my comments. Will never go back, and will never recommend this place to anyone. The repollo and salsa were delicious though.
Have a great time at old house, the food is delicious, I love the combination they have on their manu, pupisas and Ceviche are a must to try..Service was

I went here because of the reviews. But the food was not good at all. I ordered the ceviche and it was not fresh. The taste was very bad. Would never go to this place again even if the food was free. The lady was very nice but the food wasn’t. I had to make my own ceviche at home instead.
