The cozy, comfortable, home-like ambiance and excellent personable service take a back seat when the food hits the table. From the succulent clams casino all the way to the espresso creme brulee.. every dish was prepared and presented with precision and care. Zack's is an absolute must do!
One of the most unique places I've visited in CT. Private home converted into a boutique restaurant; owners still live upstairs. Then, coronavirus hits; they have to operate outdoors! A long shot success! They food and drinks are excellent, the service is like family, and the owners are running the place as you'd expect; like their home! It feels like a backyard barbeque at your favorite aunt's house, but the food is better...give it a try!

Hidden local gem where Mystic Pizza was filmed. Great food and best staff around. Owner/operators Lynn and Zack are always there and know what they’re doing—they show newcomers/visitors the same welcome and respect as locals who’ve come 1000 times. The wings are the best in the area by far. Seek out Zack’s!
