Best bubble tea in Storrs, I get it almost every time I'm downtown. Always get the rose milk tea with lychee jelly and mango popping boba. They've got both kiosks and face-to-face ordering, and their drinks come out pretty quick. I usually choose to order from the kiosks so I can mull over my options longer, and adjust sweetness/toppings.Their new egg waffles take a little longer, about 5-7 minutes.
Looked like only takeouts. Not so much welcoming or friendly but the service was quick. Walked in and literally no other customers and two people behind the counter just looked at us. No greeting or anything. First time at the whale tea and I was overly excited. Didn't know I had to use the kiosk to order I had no idea what fresh milk meant but I've tried alot of bubble teas in my life so I was confident. So annoyed that once again, for the second time, I came after 9 and they said they’re already closed. But their business says 9:30. It is extremely disappointing. We live 30 minutes away and drive all the way here. But they don’t care. Just want to leave early. If it says 9 now it’s because I suggested the change.
