I ordered an Italian CHOPPED sandwich with oil and vinegar on a croissant. Instead, I got a regular ham and cheese with lettuce and onions literally drenched in what appears to be wishbone Italian dressing on top shoved in a croissant. This looks nothing like the picture posted. What a disappointment.

We were really excited to try this spot as we had seen it on IG. Man what a sad bagel. I had added bacon and apparently they couldn’t spare the cream cheese. Also it barely toasted. Some bagel place. Our other Jalapeño popper sandwich was so greasy and mushy by time we got home to eat it (literally 5 min drive). Definitely won’t be back.

We’ve been going to BB since they opened and have only been disappointed by the way they wrap their bagels as it always was crumpled up and thrown in the bag. They finally listened to me and today the bagels were wrapped perfectly and with care! Thanks for listening to our feedback and acknowledging by making our experience better.

only order online, if you order in the store you’ll be waiting while they make all the online orders. paid for extra cream cheese because they put barely any on and this is what i got. disappointing.
The food is good but they changed the egg. I think they are using liquid egg now I’m assuming because the prices but it changed that flavor

I visited on 02/15/2025 and placed a to-go order for two Ribeye steak breakfast sandwiches, both on a bagel. After getting home and taking two bites, I bit into something hard, spat it out, and discovered it appeared to be a piece of plastic. I called the 1-800 number and left a voicemail, expecting someone to get back to me. As of today, Monday 02/17/2025, I still haven’t received a response.
