The restaurant is known for its excellent food and great service. During a visit with seven sister-friends, the staff were found to be friendly and provided excellent service. The host sat a visitor at their table even though they arrived half an hour earlier than their reservation. The waitstaff were patient and accommodating, moving tables to fit an extra guest and serving drinks while the group was waiting for others to arrive.

The menu offers a variety of options, including a chicken burger, shrimp and oyster plate, avocado salad, and soups such as clean chowder and chicken veggie soup. While the chicken burgers were reported to be huge and the chowder received praise, the avocado salad and a baked potato were found to be disappointing. However, the restaurant made up for it by providing excellent service during a birthday celebration, bringing plates and utensils for the birthday cake and allowing the group to take their time.
