“5 ⭐️We went here to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from Sacred Heart University. Their location in Trumbull near the college was over an hour wait. Found out there was a second (original ) location in Stratford, On the phone they told us to come right over, they were waiting for us. When we arrived they welcomed us with open arms, were super friendly and super attentive. They treated my daughter like a super star. The food was delicious and the cocktails were so creative and tasty. Would highly recommend and will definitely return.“

“I stopped here for dinner after shopping at Bass Pro Shops/Cabelas, it was a good little find. I had some clam chowder and steamed clams, both were very good, they had good beer on tap too. Place had a good blue collar New England fisherman feel to it, great bartender, and its location felt like the kind of place which may be next to the dock the seafood is unloaded at. I’ll be back especially if riding my motorcycle on the CT turnpike as this place also appeared very friendly towards bikers.“

“made reservations and it took 30 minutes of not even having our drink order taken and having to say something before getting service. Two of our party had their chairs collapse (and no, they were not obese). Waitress was lovely, however, walked into the restaurant to use the bathroom to find several other waitresses loudly talking about how annoged they were by our table. Went back in to let my son use the restroom and they were speaking badly about another table. needless to say, wont be back. which sucks because our boat is there.“

“First time and I thought it was a bar. No one eating. Big 90 inch TV with the Portuguese news. A waitress came to the table with menus and took our drink order.my friend had water and I had a caphrina. My drink would have been 2 or 3 servings in any other restaurant and it was perfect. My friend ordered grilled red snapper and garlic soup. I ordered kale soup and paella Valenciana. W e didn't need entrees after the huge delicious soup but carry on we did like soldiers. The fish was perfectly cooked and served with white rice and roasted potatoes. It must have been good because I wasn't offered a taste and there was nothing left. It was a bargain at $25 and the soup was $5. .you soup was $6 and came with fresh kale and Portuguese sausage. It was a bowl full and a half. I should've eaten half but it was so good that I finished the bowl. Warm Portuguese bread was served with the soup with. The paella was amazing and at $45 was the bargain of the day. It came in an oversized paella dish and was enough for4 people. Clearly I couldn't finish even a quarter of the dish. I only gave it 4 stars because I make an outstanding paella at home“

“Always get our King Salmon here! Always order lunch too. The BEST FISH N CHIPS in CT, hands down!!! Better than many other big name seafood places and 1/2 the price. Fish was flaky, melt in your mouth quality. Breading was just right for the thick pieces (2) of cod you get with the meal. We will get fish n chips every time we shop. Wide variety of different offerings that are fresh. Employee (s)/owner incredibly knowledgeable. A go to for holiday time.“

“They had the food truck at RiverFest today, and although I had lobster last night and was torn between the lobster roll or fish and chips (which I have been craving), I ordered the lobster roll. It was so good and full of delicious and perfectly cooked, buttery lobster! The roll was toasted to perfection and not soaked down with butter. It was so good! Price is reasonable as it comes with fries and coleslaw (which was also delicious!) Extremely friendly staff and very attentive to your ordering! 10/10 from me! I hope to see them in town soon so I can try the fish and chips!!“

“My husband and I went here for the first time yesterday, and the food was 🔥🔥🔥! Everything was SO good and full of flavor. I had white rice with bacalao (codfish) with yucca, and my hubby had the yellow rice with pernil. We both loved our meals. The pernil was delicious, and my bacalao was on point and it definitely hit the spot!

The owner was so personable, welcoming and really made us feel at home. You can tell there’s a lot of love and pride behind the food and the way people are treated.

Needless to say, we WILL be back! Good Puerto Rican food, good portions and good people.

“Last night we were there for an early Birthday dinner for me! It's been a long time since we've dined at Ralph 'n' Rich's, but I will say that our food was delicious, & the service was superb! Brittany was our server, & she was awesome! I can't recall our busboy's name but he was great with bringing bread to our table, & refilling our water glasses as needed. I had the baby arugula salad special to start, & it was so tasty & the perfect beginning before having an old favorite of mine, linguine with white clam sauce. My hubby really enjoyed the Spiedina Romano which is a kicked up mozzarella appetizer that if he fully polished it off, he wouldn't have ate his Chicken Piccata then tangerine sorbet afterwards! Don't worry, we brought home leftovers to enjoy! Topping off things was a surprise singing of "Happy Birthday" when my tartufo came out! Reservations are strongly recommended especially for dinner, but Ralph 'n' Rich's is a gem that's had staying power in Downtown Bridgeport for many years. Go there & enjoy!“

Was there with some friends of mine and their daughter who's back from school for a long weekend. No pictures of food, you know what your food looks like. Probably 50% cheaper than some of the restaurants a little further down the Post Rd in Fairfield Center that I drove by. I never feel rushed at your place. Her drinks were so tasty, she does her job with a smile, and genuinely wants to get to know her customers. It felt like a little fun party back there. Then I ventured out onto the deck and the views are so pretty at sunset. There was a live band outside and a large selection of food. Overall, this place was a great spot to hang out, listen to music, and sit outside. The only thing that made me give 4 stars was the DJ that came on after the live music. “Went last night for the first time to celebrate my birthday with my granddaughter. The food was great and we were treated to the best waiter and manager. The service was the best that i have had in a long time and made us feel so special. The veal dish I had was wonderful, Large portion for the price and my granddaughter had the chicken parm and she couldn't finish her dish. “So this used to be Ramirez which was so yummy, so we went there thinking it was still there. Turned out it was this little gem. It's Venezuelan food. So so good. My husband has empanadas. The cheese was ok but the chicken was fabulous. I had the black beans, rice and beef stew!!! So phenomenal. Absolutely yummy!!! The flan and tres leches were bomb to. Reasonably priced. Only thing I will say their was the language barrier. It was hard for me to understand and hard for the server to understand. That makes it difficult when you have questions.
