I get fish & chips enough to feel like I’m a decent judge of fish … theirs is amazing! Got it at their food truck at Shelton Day. Really great!
They had the food truck at RiverFest today, and although I had lobster last night and was torn between the lobster roll or fish and chips (which I have been craving), I ordered the lobster roll. It was so good and full of delicious and perfectly cooked, buttery lobster! The roll was toasted to perfection and not soaked down with butter. It was so good!
