I couldn't get to Yelp fast enough to give a two-thumbs up review of the new Landing at Five Twenty! Two girlfriends and I enjoyed a delicious dinner there tonight in conjunction with Stratford's 2024 Restaurant Week. Great thought and care are put into everything at this waterfront restaurant, from the artsy nautical decor to the dedicated "sushi room" to the very attentive waitstaff. Came here for a company dinner. Placed in a smaller room which became very loud rather quickly. The service was constant and consistent. Having 3-4 servers going in and out assisting. However the food could of been better. The apps were ok, wings were ok, Brussels sprouts were good, nothing stood out. I got the filet, it didn't have a sear and was almost mushy? My fiancé and I sat at their new sushi bar. The sushi rolls were fantastic. It was so authentic and each roll was a nice surprise. The service is top notch. The ambiance is so cool!! We sat down at 5:30 and was able to see the sunset while eating our rolls. After sunset, the decoration with the lighting just made the room so vibrant. We highly recommend The Landing at Five Twenty.
