Outriggers Restaurant Reviews
Restaurant in mid April was too cold, music too loud, martini ok, but not for $14. The $37 steak wasn’t worth it. Seems like the restaurant purchased a thick steak and sliced it lengthwise to create 2 steaks. Very thin piece of meat. Fried clams and shrimp cocktail not fresh.
Great location. No attention to service whatsoever the food was mediocre at best. It was not busy at all. There was two tables. We were one of them. It was tough to get anything we needed especially drinks. I decided to try it under new ownership or new management and we were not impressed at all. The hostess was very pleasant though.
made reservations and it took 30 minutes of not even having our drink order taken and having to say something before getting service. Outriggers Restaurant, located by the North East River marina, offers a delightful dining experience with an amazing atmosphere. The cold lobster roll remains a must-try, while the all the way Bloody Mary is both hilarious and satisfying. The scallops Louisiana style are highly praised, and the clam chowder is a hit among customers. The service is noted as excellent, with attentive waitstaff making every visit enjoyable. The fra diavolo pasta is amazing, featuring the perfect spice level and loaded with seafood. The sea bass is also recommended, although some diners felt there was too much crab meat. Guests can enjoy dining outside on the comfortable deck, enhancing the overall experience, especially with live music. While there have been some staffing issues recently, with reports of slow service during busy times, many guests still find the food very good and the seafood super fresh. Despite some mixed reviews, Outriggers Restaurant remains a fantastic spot for seafood lovers, with many recommending it for a unique dining experience.
