“The food here is truly exceptional, consistently fresh and bursting with flavor. Every visit is accompanied by a visually appealing presentation. However, there are a few areas that could be improved, particularly in terms of customer service and hospitality.

Every time I’ve visited, I’ve had the same server, and she has been consistently unpleasant. She appears to be miserable and annoyed by her job. Initially, I let it go because it was so busy, but even during times of manageable traffic, she remained unpleasant.

Additionally, the line setup and flow are quite confusing and lack order in my opinion.

Despite these minor issues, the food is still excellent. It’s of great quality, comes in generous portions, and is always fresh.“

Brittany was our server, & she was awesome! I can't recall our busboy's name but he was great with bringing bread to our table, & refilling our water glasses as needed. “Stopped in for lunch with some colleagues. First time in the restaurant. The restaurant was very nice, bright and open. They have outdoor seating by boat slips in Bridgeport harbor. We had three appetizers. Fried calamari, wings and filet tips. All apps were very good. Tips were well seasoned and tender. Wings were crispy sweet and spicy. Calamari was light and tasty not rubbery. I had French onion soup and their chicken BLT sandwich. The soup had great flavor and taste. The chicken BLT consisted of seasoned grilled chicken applewood bacon, lettuce and tomato with roasted red pepper on aioli toast. I found the chicken was well seasoned and delicious. The service was great and responsive. I would like to return to try more meals there. Atmosphere was bright and pleasant with harbor views.“

“After passing by here from driving my daughter around town, I had to try! Told my bf to come here with me for a late lunch on a Saturday afternoon. At first I thought they were closed, but their light was just off awaiting a customer, so don't be discouraged to walk in if you see the light off. They been open for 3 months now.
We ordered several tacos of chicken, chorizo (very spicy), and mixto that comes with lengua, steak, and al pastor. My favorite was the steak. Everything seasoned well with good portions. Only complaint is that the chicken could have been juicier.
Inside the sell hand crafted items. Man bought the boot shot glass and I got the clay salt and pepper shakers.
So if your passing around, I suggest you give them a try.“

“So this used to be Ramirez which was so yummy, so we went there thinking it was still there. Turned out it was this little gem. It's Venezuelan food. So so good. My husband has empanadas. The cheese was ok but the chicken was fabulous. I had the black beans, rice and beef stew!!! So phenomenal. Absolutely yummy!!! The flan and tres leches were bomb to. Reasonably priced. Only thing I will say their was the language barrier. It was hard for me to understand and hard for the server to understand. That makes it difficult when you have questions.
