Great customer service, I set at the bar while my food was being prepared. The bartender was very polite..But The Food I ordered (fish in Fry's) Had to be the worst I've ever had. .the small 3 fillets were triple breaded to make them look big and the fish tasted like it set in the oil to long and was over cooked or the oil was old .(Pure garbage ) Fry's were ok but had the same taste as bad oil ... I've bought uncle bucks fish flour but never ate at the restaurant.
This “restaurant” could be aptly renamed the “Waiting room for bowling”. Ordering, paying and pre-tipping via a QR Code only to wait more than 40 min for overcooked sliders and a basic chicken sandwich is absurd. One “server” for a packed dining room is just stupid in any setting, let alone one in which it’s packed with families and young children waiting 2 hrs to bowl. We had lunch there because we were hungry and was in Bass Pro. You order by app which was fine. I ordered the chicken tenders and my daughter ordered the fried shrimp. The restaurant wasn't busy at all and it took 40 mins to get food. When it finally came out. The tenders and shrimp were edible but the fries were mushy and not cooked and coleslaw was terrible.
