I had low expectations to begin with considering this is Bridgeport but the staff was rude and acted like customers were an inconvenience instead of being welcoming. On top of that, the dining room looked like a bomb had gone off—tables were dirty, trash everywhere, and the entire restaurant appeared neglected. They need to fire half of this staff, they hate their jobs. Never polite, and always seem like they don’t want to be there.
I honestly stopped going to Chipotle for a while because of this location. Recently, I was craving Chipotle again and ended up coming back here, completely forgetting why I stopped in the first place.
