Came here to pick up food for my family but I forgot to ask for a side. I came in and asked if I could get a side of salsa and a nice man was helping me when the girl at the cash register started yelling at him loudly and telling he he was “annoying” and punching her hand. She then tried to charge me for the side which I have never had to pay for before. Horrible service and embarrassing attitudes!!!

These people do not give enough protein. I paid for the double and it still wasn't enough. The regular has just a small spoon of chicken. Definitely not enough protein for the amount of carbs that they pack in the bowls. I will not be a returning customer. You guys suck!

I was overcharged for the second time at this location. I politely pointed it out, and the person claiming to be the manager, London, said she will refund just the difference — but instead refunded the full amount. I warned her that I don’t get refunds immediately and couldn’t repay right away. She ignored that, told me to pay again, and when my card declined (as I warned), she loudly said, “Give me my bowl back,” and said she didn’t care — it wasn’t her problem when clearly it was a mistake on her part . She also told another employee, “it’s not that much of a difference” Completely unprofessional, immature, and unacceptable behavior. This location seriously needs corporate attention. They need to hire mature young adults who want to work, instead of playing around, gossiping, and disrespecting customers.

This was one of the worst meals I’ve ever had from Chipotle. The food was extremely salty, to the point it was almost inedible, and everything was served ice cold. I spent $26 for two meals and it felt like a complete waste because I couldn’t even finish the meal. Now I have to go find food somewhere else after already spending my money here. Very disappointing experience, and definitely not what I expect from Chipotle.

This location is super convenient but they are often out of product. Not a couple items, but wiped out. This is the 3rd time in recent memory that we went and they only had scrapings of one or two meats. It’s 8pm. They’re open until 11pm. I don’t know what they plan on selling for the next 3 hours. Staff couldn’t care less either.

was there 30 mins before closing and wasn’t acknowledged nor attended, there was a line of 4 people behind who also weren’t attended or acknowledged. Ended up leaving because i stood there for 25 mins till 10:50 and wasnt helped. Won’t be going back!

The food there was good like anyother place but the place looked uncleaned there where juices on the tables with garbage one the floor and the garbage can was fill basically to the brim with peoples old food on the top waiting to b picked up. And the employees are just standing behind the counter doing nothing but just talking and serving food.
My burrito tastes sour and so salty, chipotle as a company has gone so far downhill, it's .... (Just had to spit out a piece of inedible chicken).. not good anywhere anymore, quality of the food is trash, they treat the workers bad and it's expensive! Someone please open a better alternative, we need a burrito with the quality of InNOut

Because this is our local chipotle we continue to give this franchise chance after chance but at this point it’s beyond frustrating. STOP HIRING SO MANY CARELESS KIDS! The rice is consistently UNDERCOOKED! customers will tell them this after sampling the rice and they won’t change it or make a fresh batch. Of course we want young kids to have jobs but how about the management of the store monitor and train the workers better. Literally RUINING the quality of the food!! The only Chipotle in this town, DO BETTER!

I visited the Stratford location last night and the place was disgusting! The counter line where they make the food was so dirty all the way to where the cashier is. They closed at 11 but had no Steak, Pico or Lettuce. The Chicken was overcooked and dry. The service wasn’t great and the back or the house was a huge mess. NEVER AGAIN!

I recently went into this chipotle location, and everything on the line was old. The rice looked obviously undercooked, and when I asked if they would be putting out freshly made items out soon they said it would be a 15minute wait. I was willing to wait and when I said that to the young man behind the counter he seemed surprised and started to look for the chef, when they couldn’t locate the chef, I got frustrated and left.

The food was good sometimes it’s a different person making the chicken so it taste different sometimes and the bowls have definitely got smaller if you can I would tell you to go in person instead of ordering because they’re stingy with the portions but overall the food was good had to keep asking for rice because they’re stingy only gave me two scoops
