Ordered 9 meals online. Got a message that everything was ready. When we got there, nothing was ready. They brought out 2 bags and said, "it's both bags!" I looked and went back up because 3 meals were missing. They were in a third bag, later brought out. Got back to work only to find there was no lettuce on anyone's meal. Might not be so bad except mine was a salad. No lettuce....in my salad.
Went back. Was told that the person who brought out the order was supposed to tell me. (Never happened) they have no lettuce in the building. Here's an idea. Update your web store so that you're not selling people wet garbage that isn't what they ordered.

This Chipotle goes through employees like a revolving door. It’s always a mess inside, especially where the food is stored and made to order. They constantly find themselves out of key ingredients that people ask for, either making people wait restaurant time periods for what’s supposed to be fast food, or they leave altogether. Just go to Popeyes across the street, at least they don’t run out of chicken.

Management needs to train the staff on hand hygiene (or be trained themselves). Food gloves are to protect your patrons not for protecting your hands. I watched the two folks on staff touch EVERYTHING with their gloved hands from: brooms to cleaning rags etc then come BACK to the customer line with the SAME gloves ready to grab a burrito and prepare food. That made my decision extremely easy. BOWL instead of burrito as I didn’t want anyone touching ANYTHING. This is a simple adjustment that could go a long way for all involved. Have to do better. I won’t be back.

Paid $18 for a burrito that is half the size as what we normally get. My son is sick, and i work 2 jobs and am working right now. So, I doordashed him food instead of driving there. Chipotle should be ashamed! This is half the size. I would really like my $18 frigging dollars back. That's a lot of money for a small ass burrito. Every single time we have ordered. (Obviously not at your location) it is group the size. Then while attempting to eat it. Turns out it is filled with rice and that's it. Missing chicken and everything else is paid $18 for. Unbelievably disappointing. What a disgrace. Do not order food from here. Worse ever. The picture actually makes it look bigger and better than it is. Oh and the link they send for them to "help" not a valid page.

There is no Chipotle in CT, there is no person who handles customer complaints, they always make raw rice, they never give good service, they don't give money away to go to a restaurant and receive raw food or bad service.

It astounds me that Chipotle no longer offers discounts to active military service members and their dependents. I don’t understand how unless you can say active police protecting the community are the only ones deserving of a discount. Active military service members and their dependents serve this country just as much. I will not be returning to this location or any other chipotle locations

Over all food was great. I came on the tail end of them being busy and the dining room reflected this. (Iater saw them cleaning up when volume dropped) No sweat, it was a beautiful day so I ate outside on the patio. It's a newer location so every thing is still nice. The bathroom was decent when I went to wash my hands.
I purchased 2 bowels & 1 had much more than the other!

There’s seldom a time i go to this Chipotle in Stratford and all options are available, they are almost out of something. Tonight it was cheese and black beens, I had to wait for chicken as there was none. The counter was so messy. Looks like food from the last 10 customers dropped all over. I had to ask them to clean before making my burritos. This is my last visit to this Chipotle. I will drive to another town.

Got a veggie bowl here a few months ago and it was really, really disappointing... just put together very skimpily with a barely minimal amount of food for the price. Honestly could have made a better bowl myself at home that time. Thought not to come back again but decided to give it another try and I'm really glad I did. Not sure what happened but the food has been excellent every time we've returned. That's the Chipotle I remember... much better. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because although the rest of the food was great, the queso is just NOT. Almost tastes like it's made from a dry, reconstituted mix. Has a good thickness to it but not creamy or good at all, and it's been this way through multiple visits over the past few weeks. I think Moe's definitely has me spoiled with that because their queso is AMAZING. Will probably just get salsa with the chips next time and skip the queso altogether.

Okay so I always check reviews before going places, idk my experience was nothing like the reviews and they almost stopped me going to this location, store was empty upon my 8:45 pm arrival on a Saturday not messy at all. Worker even changed out certain pans instead of giving little to nothing at the bottom of pans for my first time having chipotle in 9 years it was so tasty no complaints at all, I didn’t have to pull my phone out or keep asking for anything portions were great. only thing I didn’t like was the lettuce didn’t visually look FRESH. Staff was cool.
