Ice cream is delicious and the girl at the counter is wonderful but the no samples policy is silly. Can’t try one flavor. I think the owner should reconsider since you did it for the pandemic and it’s past that point. Be a pal!

They wouldn't give us free samples after we spend $36 on ice cream. They wouldn't even let us try what flavor to get. Worst ice cream place ever. How do you know what ice cream to get if you can try it. Don't sell flavors if sellers can't try them. Don't go!!!

I went here to enjoy some ice cream with my family. I wanted to try some flavors with the kids first. When I asked if I can try their peach ice cream… I got a rude comment from the teenage kid saying “there’s a sign” “no tasting”. Besides how he responded…How do you not offer a sample to taste and see if you like a flavor or not?? It’s an ice cream shop!! What in the world. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Unless they change their policies and learn how to talk to customers. Smh unreal.

After dinner we were looking for an ice cream shop and we saw Goody Bassett's, which is just 3mins away. I've been wanting strawberry creamcheese and good to know that they have it. It didn't disappoint. Love the strawberry creamcheese while my husband tried the moose tracks. They have lots of flavors and I like the ambiance of their shop.
June 29, 2024 On our second visit, we tried graham slam and dole whip. I like to dole whip because it is refreshing abd light and it is not that sweet.

I love this place, everyone else talking trash, have to grow up. Have been going here 15yrs never a problem. However I must say I has taken back a little with the new no sample policy. Love to try a flavor to gauge if a like it or not. Now I can't do this, don't know what happened, but it will unfortunately influence the way I buy ice cream moving forward.

I'll give two rather than one only because the ice cream was good. Brought my kids for the first time today. My 5 year old wanted two different flavors so I asked for a half scoop of each (not a big deal right?) The girl looked at me very sternly and said " a small can only have one flavor". An ice cream sho was my first job-and even at 15 I knew that I should always do whatever I could to satisfy a customer. First and last time going there.
