One of those McDonald's that makes you drive around the building 35 times before you can enter the drive-thru lane. And then when you get there it's one of the more expensive McDonald's in the area. Be prepared to pay service station prices. That being said, everybody seemed competent in their duties.

The staff Is very rude. I came there and was placing my order on the Kiosk and I needed help on It and I asked the guy If he can help me and Instead of him helping me he turned around and waved me off like I didn’t see it . I was confused about that and then another couple In there and he basically ran to help them and I was not disrespectful, I even waited until he was fully done with the couple that was In front of me . Will not be coming back here this happens way to many times at this location on barnum ave In stratford Ct …In the picture that’s the guy that was rude .

Literally the worst experience at a McDonald’s location I waited and asked for assistance from the employee there and the manager both ignored me then when they finally did answer they were extremely nonchalant and rude . Their service is horrible!

Had gotten 2 lemonades. Both had black particles in the ice. I thought it was lingering in the drink but when I got a close look the particles were in the ice. Not sure if it’s mold but it’s disgusting.
