I go there almost everyday for my granddaughter..never had an issue and service always friendly..
It’s McDonald’s, you know what you’re getting. They are pretty fast and luckily, the rough crowd wasn’t there.
I am a certified Diet Coke girlie and I frequently get McDonald’s diet cokes. This location ALWAYS tastes a little bit like cherry?? Which I guess is cool if you’re into that but I am not. So I usually go out of my way to go to the Milford McDonald’s to avoid this phenomenon. Today I tried again to see if it changed and still no?? I’m just so curious why this is happening??

McDonald's is a popular fast-food restaurant that consistently delivers satisfying meals. Customers praise the efficiency in handling modified orders, especially with the Filet-O-Fish with Cheese and the Saltless French Fries. Recently, this McDonald's has undergone a complete overhaul and remodel, making it nice and clean inside. The restaurant features a new ordering system with kiosks, replacing traditional order-taking. Customers receive an order number to be called when their meal is ready, and there is also an upgraded drive-thru.
While the restaurant is known for its reliable morning service, the quality of coffee can vary. Some customers have reported issues with the new straw, which can bend and make it difficult to stir or drink their iced coffee. Additionally, the staff is generally courteous, but there have been reports of some employees displaying rudeness, which may need to be addressed. Overall, this McDonald's remains a convenient choice for many, with visitors expressing a willingness to return despite some service challenges.
