Wednesday 8/30/23 Outside dining and Karaoke. Seating great,Karaoke show great. Ordered wings and side salad, wings were dry and not cooked fresh or even on Wednesday, tried 1 and half of another even asked for little hot BBQ sauce, served barely warm. Waitress asked didn't you like them I said no, not freshly cooked. Side salad was just bunch of lettuce and about 6 croutons. Waitress didn't ask if I would like something else. Very disappointed. No manager or owner came to ask what the problem was. Expensive and not acceptable.

Was somewhat disappointed. I came on Wednesday 8/9 with 2 people and wanted to sit inside. Waitress asked our preference, we said inside. She then replies that there is a private party inside. So...why ask? I would call ahead next time to make sure indoor seating was available.We ordered the mozzarella sticks for an appetizer with 2 glasses of wine and a Mudslide. All good.Two orders of Salmon which came with plain white rice, and chopped spinach, which didn't taste like it was sautéed with Olive oil and garlic. Maybe rice pilaf or wild rice would have helped the meal. Not too much flavor.The third dinner was Chicken Picatta. Was told the chicken and baked potato was overcooked and dry. She had to ask for butter and sour cream for the baked potato.No salt or pepper on the table.The Chicken Picatta dinner was comped.I'll try again another day.

We made reservations for 6pm. We showed up and had to pay a 5$ cover for a band that did not start until 7pm. The fish from the fish and chips was really good, but the chips were crinkle fries from a bag. The Chicken Bacon Pizza was just ok.

Wait staff was great and honest they get 5 stars. The three for service is only due to kitchen speed (not quality). At first never got menus as "kitchen was too busy and backed up". The honesty was great but seemed odd. Then had strange issue with a drink ordered and showed up in a Dixie cup. (Martini style in that cup for the price was just a shame). The manager did agree and took care of it. They ran out of glasses another oddity. The saving grace was the food. Had three different pizzas a chicken salad and lobster rolls for 5 of us. Plenty of left over pizza and the others were very good. So because of our waitress and staff for being so honest about everything I will come back. Hopefully they find a way to be able to keep up with orders in future so I can make this a permanent spot for a great occasional sat night with live music. Let's hope.

Horrible experience! Two senior citizens just having dinner whacked with a $5 cover charge each. Band wasn’t even there yet. $12 for cheap Pinot Grigio that costs $7-8 at other establishments. The worst part, though, was when I received my salad with no dressing, I was charged an extra $.75 for the dressing! The hummus and vegetables were slimy and inedible. The waitress kept apologizing and said the owner was not there. I think it’s very important to have an owner there, especially on the weekends. They really need to get their act together!

Went for dinner and to see a band. Had a 630pm reservation. Was told had yo wait one hour to Order kitchen was backed up. We didn’t want to leave because of band. Was not offered a bread basket or anything for waiting. Then was told we could only order pizza nothing else. $25 for personal size gluten free pizza. It was a busy night but we had reservations!! Next time will eat somewhere else and just go for the music. Unfortunate looks cute

Nikki's was very good. Excellent service, and the food is out of this world. The chowder is amazing! I can't wait to go back soon. Having worked in the restaurant business, I know just how tough it can be. From keeping your regular customers happy and getting new customers through the door.

We were excited to try Nikki's out and showed up around 7:45pm on a Saturday. The vibe seemed great with a band playing, and there were open tables outside so didn't look that busy. We waited a bit at the blue stand at the entry of the outdoor area and made eye contact with a few servers.. nobody came to seat us. I popped into a door nearby where a woman behind a bakery counter said we were in the right spot to be seated so we kept waiting. Eventually, after no acknowledgement from staff, we went inside to the bar and asked to be seated. The bartender asked us to wait in the corner for her manager to come help. That seemed a little weird but we waited a bit and still nothing... after 20 minutes of no acknowledgment or communication, we walked out and found another local establishment to have dinner at. Not sure if it's a staffing issue but I've never had this problem at a restaurant before....Editing to add response to owner: the issue was that there was no acknowledgement or communication. if there was going to be a wait for a table that is fine but we were never told that. even if we had to be turned away, that communication should have happened long before waiting 20 minutes. nobody helped us until we went inside and asked the bartender for help and by that point we had already been waiting for at least 15 minutes by the hostess stand outside with multiple staff members seeing us and ignoring us. we were the only ones waiting. from your response below it seems like this shouldn't have happened as you were adequately staffed. also- thank you for the phone number, but we had tried calling earlier that day and were met with a dial-tone. your response seems really defensive and while I may have been inclined to try again given a more empathetic/apologetic response, I will be staying away...
