I tried chicken nuggets with fries. The fries and the dip sauces were unnecessary too spicy. The nuggets had too much breading on it.

I hate the fact that the food good cuz the women who barely speak English at the window are very rude wand very stingy with the sauces and condiments. They act like they don’t even want to greet you and your time in their face is an inconvenience. She wanted me to leave so bad she gave me all the food expecting me to leave and forgetting payment. I think I’m officially done with this place even if I have no where to go at night I rather starve now then get treated like this … DONT GO OR BRING YOUR U BUSINESS. Like this if you recently been treat the same by them

Staff take forever to even look at you, sat waiting for my mobile order for 10 minutes before they talked to me, they hadn’t even started making it. Very unprofessional, no excuse for why it takes so long to acknowledge a customer’s existence.

The service crew to too long to take my order but I was the only person on the line then once my order was ready; the guy put to the side and let it sit there. He also didn't offer or give me condiments, and the biscuit was missing from my order. I usually check but I was so upset I just walked out.

I went last night for the meal which comes with 2 biscuits .I was cravings for the biscuits but they didn’t gave me and right way I complain them call them around 11 pm and the lady was so rude responding said yes mam yes yes we will give you tomorrow but the way she respond was I don’t like it . To be honest, if it were possible to give negative stars, I would certainly like to do so. Our last visit, 2/2/2025 will be our final visit to this establishment.
Firstly, and this one is just sort of annoying, every single time I have come here in the last year and a half they have been out of ranch. Clearly, it’s in high demand, ordering more seems appropriate so you have it for those who want it.
Secondly, the food was cold, ithe chicken was soggy, the biscuits tasted like cigarettes, it was inedible. Fast food in 2025 is expensive, honestly it’s more of a luxury than it ever has been. if I am paying over $50 for chicken for my family, it should at least be halfway decent… it was not. Finally, this is the third time I have asked for the total at the drive up speaker; been told to drive around, then I am told one amount, and charged more than they told me. In this instance, I asked for the total, I was told $53, and then it wound up being $58, and some change. I asked for a detailed receipt; they would not provide one. The employees have a computer telling them the total, they don’t even need to do their own math, so it can’t be a mistake. Truth be told, it feels like every time I say I have a card payment they charge more.. it feels extremely uncomfortable, and like I am being taken advantage of.
There is a KFC down the road, go there, at least you will have a shot at a warm feel at a fair, clearly articulated price.
