So yesterday i didn't feel like cooking my daughters wanted chicken. And instead of ordering KFC i chose Popeyes bc they have flavor and crispier than the other brand. I AM Just leaving a review because I paid for specific PCS from the 8pc meal : 2 leg and 2 wings (1spicy 1 reg and received 3 wings instead) and 4 Breast (3reg one 1 spicy but received 3) OUT OF THE 4 I ASKED. They gave me an extra wing and not the breast of which was charged extra $2. Other than this inconvenience the chicken was good and crunchy. But Now I gotta count the pcs right then in store before I go home with missing pcs.

I've yet to order and receive spicy chicken at this location. Recently, the guy in the drive through was going to charge extra for a breast! There's never been an extra charge for a 2pc all white dinner. The service is also not as friendly as another location I visit. It doesn't take a lot to smile and say thank you! When I get the urge for Popeye's, I'll drive further.

Delivery was very good. Sadly there was no fried pickles available and I did get a call asking if there was something else I would like but there was not. So far I do not see a credit to my bill for these but I will give it 24hours before I call.

Went to this Popeyes on Stratford Ct around 9–9:23 PM on 3/29/26 and had one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had.
We were told to come back in 10 minutes for fried pickles, had to ask TWICE for sauce, then got home and realized two sodas were missing—so we had to go back again. By that point, all the food was cold.
Staff was dismissive, barely spoke, and kept closing the drive-thru window in our faces. The order was completely careless. My child’s combo didn’t even come with fries—just ONE single fry in the box, which was honestly disgusting. We were also told they only had one spicy tender, and the rest of the food quality was questionable. My daughter couldn’t even finish her meal because one tender seemed undercooked.
Overall, terrible service, missing items, and poor food quality. Total waste of money. We will not be returning.
The worse Popeyes ever, stopped by on Sunday at around 1:36pm and clearly the person didn’t want to be at work today. Horrible service! It never fails try to give those location the benefit of the doubt, maybe they're having an off day. We'll everyday must be an officer day. I was told it would take two minutes for the rest of my order to be ready, to park and It'll be brought out to me. Over 15 minutes later, they bring my order out. The sauces are missing from the order, no apologies for the extended wait whatsoever. Never again! The whole location needs to be overhauled from management to team members.

I was waiting for almost 20 minutes and they told me to park and wait, it hit 15 minutes I drive back through the drive thru and they only ask you to go so they can keep their timers in check. Never leave the drive thru window because they will NEVER bring you your food!
