To Lo Sabores recently opened in Stratford, and we’ve been curious to try authentic Dominican food again, so we stopped by for dinner. I was impressed to see such beautiful decorations, and I couldn’t believe that the owner was only 25! We spent some time talking with her, and she is so sweet. The best food I have eaten in a long time. Flavor: exquisite, Quality: Excellent Service: it couldn't be better. I give 5 stars because they don't have more that I can give them but if I could give it 10 it would be the best rating, thank you for bringing this food to Connecticut, don't change the cook ?
This restaurant is incredible, its food is delicious and unique in this area, the food is authentic, and with a homemade touch that is felt in each dish, the onion is my favorite dish! I am Colombian but Dominican food is my favorite and especially in all the flavors it is a pleasure to arrive at this place that is so cozy and has excellent service! :)
