This location seems to become worse as the weeks past. Unwilling to put a garbage can in drive up because it's too much for the employees, lobby constantly being closed. Last week they had to close early due to no closing staff, yet no signs or notifications put out for customers so many of us say at the speaker. Today I go for lunch and was informed that they are not serving food because they only have 2 employees. That was it for me, I just wasted 10 mins of my 30min lunch...read full review
*NOT GIVING HIS WORKERS HAZARD PAY DURING THIS PANDEMIC* Never any coffee rolls, apple fritters, wait sometimes In morning afternoon & even later night would sometimes be extremely long. Crew is nice but clearly the owner who runs this business has no clue what’s going on in his own stores. It’s quite sad. People are being paid to do a job they’re not doing. During the pandemic they say they’re open until 7pm then some days they seem to close at 12pm! This is pathetic!...read full review

Dunkin' is a great restaurant with happy crew members who have fun together. The parking is good, and there's easy wheelchair accessibility with no steps. The staff is kind to children and thankful for customers. They are very friendly and super helpful, going above and beyond to assist customers with questions about different kinds of coffee. Regulars can use the mobile app to order ahead, and the employees remember their usual orders. On weekends, it might be faster to go in person, but otherwise, the service is fast and polite. A manager even handled a situation with a lot of class, making fresh hash browns to brighten someone's day. They also showed kindness by allowing a pregnant customer to use the restroom, which made her feel grateful. This Dunkin' comes highly recommended for its friendly atmosphere and thoughtful service.
