I have Utilized the pig roasting rental service and with a brief instruction from the team, I was very confident in doing it myself with their rented cooker. The final result was a perfectly roasted pig that was the hit of the party. The butcher counter and smoked products are also top notch and a much higher quality and cut/trim than what your common grocery store meat counter can provide. the catering service is also excellent and reasonably priced for home made sides and fresh baked goods. The staff is accommodating and extremely knowledgeable with cooking techniques , and the quantities needed for a large gathering or party. If you are sick and tired of mediocre service and quality control which is commonplace nowadays give The Country Butcher a shot and you will be very glad you did.“
