A hidden gem in Torrington! I googled “smoothies in Torrington” and Fuel was the first place that came up - I had never heard of them before, but decided to give it a try. I’m SO glad I did! The smoothies were delicious and healthy, the staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the space inside was beautiful. Highly recommend!

Everyone that works here does an excellent job at making high quality smoothies/drinks. As someone who likes to see how it’s done, it’s interesting to watch them make it (it is a bar style). Additionally, Alyssa and the rest of the staff are friendly and helpful with their recommendations!

This place was a little hard to find because it's located in a gym but it was a lil diamond in the rough. It's hard to get fresh, healthy, inexpensive, and fast food in the NW corner. You don't have to b a member of the gym just walk in. They have awesome smoothies and smoothie bowls for a decent price. I would recommend it to anyone whose looking for real smoothies and bowls. It will probably be my new go to spot before work. Great job!

Brett and Dina are amazing. Very friendly and very knowledgable. They make you feel at home and very comfortable. If your in too protein shakes I highly recommend the chocolate gorilla. Its delicious. I definitely recommend checking them out.
Long before I was actually introduced to Dina and Brett I was frequenting Energy Fitness over the big box gyms in town. What I noticed was a sense of community & family. I place a high value on that feeling because I support small local businesses, being one myself. The more I've come to know Dina & Brett as well as the staff at Energy Fitness there's nowhere else I would go. If you have the mindset that planet fitness is a 'few bucks' cheaper, it is....but what those 'few bucks' gains you at Energy Fitness irrefutable!!!!!! Not to mention that Dina & Brett's smoothies are the bomb!!!!!!!!!!!!
