So fresh n delicious
The food here is decent but sometimes the service can be hit or miss. I’ve had great dishes, but a couple of times my order was mixed up. Worth a try if you’re in the area!
After my favorite chinese spot closed in Winsted, ct (Ocean Garden) i needed to find a new spot to feed my craving. I tried soooooo many places, with some not being good and others having a couple ok dishes. I was about to give up when I found China town. Everything that I eat feom there tastes fantastic. I haven't had any issues or bad dishes yet. If you need some good chinese food, check them out.

Based on the reviews, China Town is a hole in the wall kind of place that is run down but offers the best Chinese Food in the area. The food is decent and everything tastes fantastic, with generous portions. The beef with broccoli is a favorite dish, and the veggies actually taste good. The fried foods are popular, including Chinese donuts, chicken wings, and fried baby shrimp, which are super crispy. The eggroll is perfect crispy and not all mushy inside, and the teriyaki beef stick appetizer is super tender and really tasty. The homemade sauces are unique and not found anywhere else. The owners, believed to be a family, are great, friendly, and fast. The service can sometimes be hit or miss, with a few reports of mixed-up orders, but one time an order of pork fried rice was quickly corrected. The food is ready on time and well-packaged, though a couple of items were not as hot as one customer would have liked. Overall, China Town is a solid choice for good Chinese food and is easily the best food in all of Torrington.
