Last night we tried Sol Cafe for the first time. It is truly a hidden gem. The people are so nice, prices very reasonable and the restaurant is clean and comfortable. The food was out of this world! Our only regret was that we had not tried it sooner. Will be going back again soon!

I went to Sol for the first time Friday evening. The shrimp ceviche was like a party in my mouth! It came with wonderful fried plantains that were perfectly crisp. The flavor was amazing! We got the Guac and chips for the table and the chips were served hot and crisp and the Guac was great. I ordered the chicken stir-fry as my entrée and the spices were perfect.
