Order dinner for four people. Only two got what they asked for. A whole grinder was never made. One small pizza was made with the single ingredient we specifically asked them not to include, because the diner was allergic. So two people didn't get their meals.
This was a delivery. Talked to the owner about both items. He promised to refund both. Then didn't do it. I followed up 3 days later. He finally agreed to refund the missing grinder, but only part of the cost of the pizza (even though he had already agreed to refund the entire pizza).
Still haven't seen either refund. There's not much point in doing business with a restaurant that can't fulfill half the orders. Would they have been tasty? Who knows. They never appeared.

yeah the foods really good but I have been avoiding it for months. charging 7 dollars on doordash and 6 dollars on grubhub for a topping is actually ridiculous. 14 extra dollars for 2 toppings, that should be an entire pizza!

Very cool place! Quick carry out service, and easy going staff made the stop pleasant. On a Dave Portnoy scale; we’d give the pizza a 6.9… definitely going to go back on a different day and try it again though. Pricing is reasonable.

I won the pizza topping contest that was held on line on the Torrington Chat FB thread ( I felt guilt and was happy I left a big tip) It was eggplant and meatball. I just moved up from Bridgeport and have spent the last 5 years eating pizza everywhere up the eastern seaboard and the Ny metropolitan area. The eggplant was perfect and blended with the meatballs like the perfect handshake. Thank you for preparing the perfect pie to welcome me to Torrington. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Vinny’s has the best pizza and salads in Torrington—hands down! The crust is perfect, the toppings are always fresh, and their salads are huge, crisp, and loaded with flavor. Friendly service, great prices, and consistently amazing food. A true local favorite!

Grabbed a small pepperoni and basil pie for pick up on Friday night. Cool location and easy in and out pick up. The pizza was absolutely delicious! If you’re a pizza snob, this is a little hidden gem in Torrington. Everything from the dough to the crust to the cheese was amazing. Highly recommend stopping in!

The veal parmesan and chicken parmesan grinders are the best I've ever had in a long time and you have a new customer now. I will be telling everyone I see to let them know how awesome your Italian food is. I'm so very happy that I have an authentic Italian restaurant to go to from now on.
Watched my pizza sit in box on top of pizza oven for 20 min while my clams marinara was being overcooked and watched cook force open clams.then the owner.told the owner what I was witnessing,and he said to just check the food it's fine. I'll never go back!!! What a horrible experience!!!

We pulled up and this place was.... gone? No cars in the lot, large sign on the window said for lease. Online said it was open and we were there for lunch. As I turned around in the lot and tried to find another place to go I saw a single car pull in and a person get out with an empty delivery bag and noticed that a sign said for delivery and catering... maybe thats all they do now?
Reviews and pictures looked amazing so we were disappointed to have to find some where else to go eat lunch.

I ordered food to be delivered twice, and twice the third party deliverer did not pick up my food. The OWNER came down and delivered my food on both occasions. The food is consistently good, too! Pleasant over the phone, no complaints

Great location. Good place to ring family and friend. Large variety of dishes. We were greeted by a friendly and professional staff member. The food was great, the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. Very spacious. You are missing out if you don't visit! Top on my list of restaurants in the area!!!
