Spectacularly interesting ambiance! Wonderful staff! Interesting menu items! Clearly caring was a priority during food preparation! Hot items were served piping hot and fresh! Cold items were served ice cold! Generous portions! We enjoy taking 1-3 hour country drives to independent unique places! Worth it, incredibly pleased, and highly recommended! Thanks for the superb service and lovely visit! Bravo!!! Arrived around 1pm on 3/17/24! My guy loved his St Patrick’s sandwich! I adored my meal as well. We look forward to trying a more items! We should have gotten a piece of pie to go! As Arnold would say—“We’ll be BACK!”Vegetarian options: Remove a meat and enjoy the rest.

It's a really cool atmosphere. My girlfriend and I shared the poutine. I had the stuffed sole and she had the veggie burger wrap. They were both delicious. Cool place to stop by. Nice people. Very eclectic. Way out of the way for me but definitely worth coming back

Went and had lunch because you get to take a book and my wife loves to read. We got burgers and both were very good, the hamburger is nicely seasoned and cooked perfectly. It might also be the first time I've gotten fries that were still hot when we got our meal. Definitely returning to try the breakfast.

I love this place. Throughout 2023-24 I've been here mostly for late lunch or early dinner, so never too crowded. Excellent food every time, and I've been trying to explore the menu; as well as the bookshelves. I come with my family from the area, but this is a place I would enjoy visiting alone also.
