“Free really decent music on Fridays, inexpensive bottled waters!!! Some of the beers they brew look inviting!!! And trivia !! We have been coming here for months on Fridays!!! Food also looks fantastic!!”
“I’ve been here a few times, and every time I walk in I always feel warmly welcomed! The staff here is great, and they work as a team they’re kind, welcoming, and professional. They have great choices with breakfast and lunch. I would highly recommend to stop by here when you have a chance. Thank you so much for your great services!”
“Food so good it's obscene! Amazing cocktails & the pork belly 'Rubin' is from another planet. This town continues to serve up some of the regions best food with a wonderfully personal atmosphere. We were iffy on what to order but our hosts expertly guided us down a path of culinary delights with recommendations that had us closing our eyes in ecstasy. Well worth the drive up from Connecticut”
“An unusual location for an ice cream stand. There's only one entrance/exit, so be cautious when visiting this location. The maple soft-serve was delightful, with a rich, custard-like consistency. The ice cream is gluten-free, making it safe for those with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity.”
“Great local destination with tons of small town New England charm and quirk! Fun watching g the locals interact with the staff. Great burrito. Excellent beers brewed on site.”
“My husband is disabled and they were quick to give us the closest booth available. Our waitress was really attentive and the foooooood!! I had duck two ways and it was amazing! My husband had a wonderful hanger steak that was delicious and surprisingly reasonably priced. We splurged on an express cocktail that was beyond good. We'll be back!!”
“Everything about Condesa was amazing! I ordered takeout for lunch and was so amazed that I had to come back to dine in. The atmosphere and decor is open and modern. All of our food was delicious, and our drinks were tasty and had beautiful presentation. Our waitress was the perfect amount of attentive, and our dishes came out perfectly timed. Our new go-to spot!”
“Lovely!! We had wonderful food, a quiet intimate conversation, and enjoyed some music that the chef selected; tonight he was playing CDs from his collection and every once in a while he would pop into the dining room to swap disks. Metro Bistrot is so charming and clearly built around passion and appreciation.”
“At a new BBQ spot, I often like to sample as many of the meats as possible and the BBQ sauces. But when I saw the Brisket Reuben on the menu, I immediately made an exception and I am so glad I did. This sandwich features brisket, swiss cheese, cole slaw, and pickled rye sauce on honey wheat bread.I wish I was eating this sandwich right now. Among everything I ate on this road trip, which included many much more touted foods (such as the best wings in America at J. Timothy’s Tavern in CT and New Haven style pizza at Frank Pepe’s), this was my favorite item. The BBQ sauces I found a little sweet, but the sandwich didn’t need them whatsoever. I also regret being too full to try to any of the side items on the menu — which some would argue, is the best part of eating bbq.In any case, between B.T. and Tree House, what a one-two combo.I liked the casual ambiance here and the fact that the trash can was labeled “Boneyard” was also a nice touch.”
“I’ve never been so welcomed into a restaurant like I was here, Great energy and welcoming all around. I Asked for a Detroit style pizza they didn’t have it but he said he could make it as long as it was a pizza he could make me anything, when I tell you This pizza was actually really good I mean that Wholeheartedly. A big Thanks to their whole crew”
“Habit forming smoothies here. Mocha Explosion (protein powder & espresso shots) 10/10.I happened to order 3 different smoothies the other day and was waiting patiently. The owner stopped to make sure I was being helped. Love this place! I will always make time to wait for this locally owned coffee shop.Taco Tuesdays, burgers, hummus plate, and iced coffees are my favs. Don’t sleep on this place.Vegetarian options: Hummus platter is fresh!Kid-friendliness: While waiting my kids like to check out the train table.”
“GREAT authentic (I think lol) food! The workers are very nice too! Only downside is there's no prices on the menu which is inconvenient but the food is definitely worth whatever they charge ”
“I went there today for breakfast with my mom and my brother The Foods is delicious one of the best the Waiter is awesome one of the most nicest and helpful person We will go there from now on Glad we decided to eat breakfast there lots of Good Selection of foods good ”
“We were given a table closest to the door. It was cold in that spot and every time someone opened the door to come or go, we got a blast of cold air. I had to keep my jacket over my lap and my feet and ankles lost feeling less than halfway through our dinner. The service was attentive and good overall. My wife and our dinner companion loved their meals and my wife rated her meal top 5 ever.I got the lobster bisque as a starter. The taste was excellent but finding any lobster meat was a treasure hunt.I got their daily special tuna wellington. Taste was very good but it wasn't the best tuna I've had and it wasn't close.I was very happy with my food don't get me wrong, but at $40 a plate I was expecting more. Also along the $40 a plate line, they use disposable paper table coverings. It stocks out over the edges of the table and is a little awkward. We folded the paper out of the way.I believe the restaurant is looking to deliver a high end dinner experience and so I'm a little surprised they don't use linen table cloths. My rating on food is a value rating as much as the actual food itself. The food was very good,Atmosphere is low because of coldness and I'm betting our table isn't the only table that feels the cold breeze. Also because of the paper tablecloth. Cute but probably not for the vibe they're looking to deliver.A little less cost per plate this would have been 5* across the board for me.”
“Had dinner here last week and really enjoyed it. A nice change from large-scale mass-production restaurants. Only 8 tables here so we really felt taken care of my our server and the food was fresh and classic Italian. Not a super fancy place but nice family run restaurant. Definitely will come back!”
“Great place for a nice Japanese meal in the area. Lots of options for different tastes. Had the Tom Yum soup which was hearty with the right amount of heat. Also had the Kamakazi and dragon rolls, which were great. The staff was nice and the service was quick. Would definitely go back when u am back in the area.Parking: Decent sized lot with lots of spaces that was pretty full when I went on week night”
“We have frequented this restaurant in all of its iterations for nearly thirty years as a centralized meeting place to dine with family and/or friends living in the tri-state area. We have never been disappointed.Last evenings dining in our ‘miles for smiles tour’, took excellence to yet another level. Everything was perfect…the ambiance, cocktails, wines, appetizers, all four meals, which included duck, beef, seafood, and a pasta dishes were artfully plated, perfectly prepared, and flavorful. And, of course, followed by our favorite White Chocolate Mousse dessert. Our server, Lauren, is deserving of five stars of her own. An outstanding example of exemplary professional service, knowledgeable of the menu and the food preparation, wine list; an active listener with sharp memory, positive attitude, and sense of humor all wrapped in a beaming broad smile. She cared for our experience as if we were royalty, ensuring yet another memorable evening of dining. We will definitely arrange our next visit around an evening she is scheduled to work.Thank you keeping us smiling.”
“My friend and I stopped here a few days ago after a show in Worcester. I do wish I had seen that it was BYOB. My friend had penne bolognese and I had veal Marsala. I am having a senior moment on our appetizers. The food was good. I was tired so I didn't completely enjoy it. I just finished having my doggie bag and it was wonderful. I definitely recommend.”
“So nice to finally have good food in town! My husband and I ordered meals to-go and everything was still hot and fresh when we got home. I ordered the loaded tots and they even had the foresight to package the toppings on the side so nothing got soggy. Very fairly priced as well! Thank you!”
“Home to some really cool music in central/southern Massachusetts. Gives the locals the ability to put on shows and showcase local talents. Drinks are fair priced compared to every other bar in the area and service is decent enough. Parking is a bit tough but there’s a (somewhat hidden) parking lot right across the street that is free. The vibes in the place are top notch and the stage is very cool, they worked hard on this place and it’s very creative!”
“ive litteraly been 5 times in the past week and a half I can't get enough ! I'm about to order again also ! Anyways everything I tried was AMAZING ! Crab Rangoon dip and wonton chips AMAZING! Along with the crab Rangoon pizza which was so good ! The clam strip meal is one of the best ive had ! The chicken and waffle pizza is to die for also ! The ice cream is so yummy ! This place is such an amazing place with a unique menu that you can't find anywhere! I'd recommend 1000% its my new favorite go to spot and the portions are nice and good !”
“Food is good but not much exciting verities ( basic menu, no Crab legs, crayfish, sushi or meat on a stick). Ragoons very sweet but good. Nice music but feels like your in a nursing home . Staff was pleasant but overcharged my 9 year old. I didn't notice until later, should have checked. Tipped according to the higher price as well.Kid-friendliness: My son had a first good experience at an all you can eat buffet, though the server asked him how old he is (supposed to be 11.99 for 6 to 10 year olds) he told him 9 yet we were charged 15.99 ( the adult dinner price). He only got 2 small plates and little deserts.”
“Food was amazing. They cook per order it’s not all cooked prior what so ever. They got someone’s abuela up in the kitchen cooking straight fire. The shrimp were not only amazingly flavored but also cooked to perfection, the texture was unbelievable. Everything was on point, will definitely return!Parking: Depends on what time you come, they had about 16 spots for parkingKid-friendliness: They had a couple kids running around, bothered no one. Very family friendlyWheelchair accessibility: It’s all on one level”
“This food is spectacular. If I could rate it more than five stars I would. Best pizza place in southbridge hands down. Brothers is a distant second. Their service is not great but the food is decent. However Central is absolutely amazing for a young group of people working behind the counter they do an amazing job. Literally anything you pick is going to be bomb. Only reason I gave it four stars was because it is packed in there quite a bit like crazy tight but that's not really their fault.... Hands down though the best place in southbridge to have pizza subs, wings cuz they also offer a ton of different wings. If you try it you won't go anywhere else.Kid-friendliness: It's kid-friendly in the sense that there are places to sit down. There is a bar though on site however. But it seems like a pretty civil place, never sat and dined in but doesn't get too too rowdy just very packed.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a front door and also a ramp for wheelchair-ridden folks to get into the building”
“Wow! I took a chance to see what new things I could try. OH MY GOODNESS! Too many delicicious savory and sweet treats for your senses. Friendly service tops it all off. Take a chance and try, you wont be disappointed. (ps- try the potato and beef balls)”
“Does it get any better? This has become a regular for us once a week. The service is outstanding! (Ask for Tara) but all servers are really good! After six visits, we have always had a great meal. The menu hasn’t changed in that time which is why I believe they have mastered each dish. They do have weekly specials, so no chance of getting bored. Our favorites are the salmon, pecan crusted haddock and seafood fra diavolo. The calamari is cooked perfectly! No rubber bands here! The bread basket is served with an olive tampenade which is incredible. This is one place where I can say that I don’t think you will be disappointed.”
“We got pizza from Napoli's last night and it was fantastic. Simple cheese pizza and then a meatballs, roni, and mushroom. Both cooked perfectly. Jerry does a fantastic job. I highly recommend them even if you have to drive a little ways, they are worth thr drive. Really old school italian pizza.”
“Fantastic crab rangoons! Delicious food all around. Hole in the wall. Building is kind of falling down, but that may be on the landlord. Every dish was cooked to perfection! Happy to make things no spice to super spicy and everything in between, to suit everyone! Don’t know who the cook is, but kudos! Great job!Parking: About a dozen spaces in the lot.”
“Sunday breakfast buffet was mint.Lunch on a Saturday not so much.Fried food was super soaked in grease and the pot pie had very little filling and tasted more like cream of can soup. The server was trying her best for the 5 tables but it seemed super short staffed in the kitchen as well as front of house. Will return for a 2nd chance for sure.”

“My husband and I stopped in for the first time today. What a cool place!!! Very cozy and charming. Food was excellent. Service was great. And so fun to peruse the books that are offered for free to each guest. Cannot wait to go back.”
