First time going today! Most certainly will be back, food was amazing! I hope the owners don’t sell to Blondies!!
We went out as a family to this restaurant today. I have driven by and noticed it from the highway so many times. I happened to read an article about the restaurant and decided this will be the perfect time to check it out. The food was classically delicious, reminded me of Grandma's cooking. Hearty portions, the specials were fun and yummy sharing dishes. so many options, no matter your taste buds, you will find the dish for you. Awesome food and atmosphere! Loved browsing all the books. Great idea of combining food and encouraging reading by offering 3 free books with our meal. We will definitely be back if we travel this way again!

Based on the reviews, Blondie's Traveler Diner is a special little family restaurant off the side of the highway. It is dog friendly and right off the highway, a real oasis on a long drive. The place has big picture windows and is filled with used books. Diners get to select three free books from upstairs bookshelves, and the Downstairs Book Cellar has a limited selection of used books for sale. The food is on point, with meals like a salad with blueberries, cranberries, and blue cheese, a poutine appetizer with cheese, bacon, and gravy, a hot turkey platter, a veggie burger, and clam chowder. The blueberry pie came out warm with ice cream. The staff is super friendly, and the place gives wonderful, nostalgic feel good vibes. It is handicap accessible.
