This place was dirty , and disgusting the food was horrible. The service was horrible and a manager Mel Is rude , I saw a roach on the wall and one of the employees caught it with a Dunkin’ Donuts cup horrible 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢 Catch a virus at that place I’m not trying to die from eating

i asked for no syrup and they gave my coffee with tons of syrup and sugar now im sick because i can’t tolerate it. I went back in to have her fix it and she told me there wasn’t sugar but i tasted it and got sick from it i think she just didn’t want to remake me it :(

I happened to be next door and walked in. They really cater to the drive thru and app customers. Walk ins are their lowest priority. Coffee bland. Service bland.
Got my order wrong and said my card didn't go through. Card just reloaded and had over 45 dollar balance. It worked yesterday at a different Dunkin. Guy was pleasant but as someone who has an exacting job think even Dunkin should be accurate filling orders.

I just don’t even know what to say. Definitely do not go here if you’re in a rush or on your way to work. If you ever order food, even as small as a side of bacon, you will be asked to pull up and wait. I’ve waited outside 15 minutes and had to go inside to remind them that I was waiting for my order outside. They are constantly getting orders wrong. They are always overstaffed with so many employees standing around, so I’m not quite sure what their system is and how they make so many errors. This used to be one of the better Dunkin’ Donuts in town and now I drive out of the way to go to the one on Talcottville rd.
