I stopped at this Dunkin’ 11/14/25 and I left extremely upset. The young african american girl working the drive-thru gave me attitude from the second she started talking- sighing loudly, acting annoyed, and giving me dirty looks when I pulled up to the window. When I asked a simple question about my order, she rolled her eyes and slammed the window right in my face without saying anything!!!
She took way longer than necessary to hand me one drink, and when she did, she barely opened the window and shoved it at me. The whole thing felt so disrespectful and completely uncalled for, especially that early in the morning. I’ve never been treated like that at any Dunkin, and it actually put me in a bad mood for the rest of the day because of how incredibly unnecessary it was… like I do not understand the lack of professionalism and basic kindness.
I get having bad days, but this isn’t my first negative experience here and I won’t be coming back to this location after that experience.

I stopped by this Dunkin’ last week on Thursday (11/6/25) around 8:30 AM, and the food was honestly disappointing. The bagel I ordered was barely warmed and had a stale, chewy texture that made it disgusting to eat.
The cream cheese was slapped on unevenly and the whole thing tasted like it had been sitting out since the night before. Even the hash browns were cold in the middle, which was the biggest letdown. I mean how do you not even warm hash browns properly at 8:30am!!! That’s peak time.
I’ve had much better quality and experience at other Dunkin’ locations, so this really stood out in a bad way. I don’t think I’ll be coming back anytime soon unless things improve and they get NEW MANAGEMENT !

This Dunkin is just not it. Every time I pull up, the service is beyond slow and the workers act like they don’t even wanna be there, which I can’t say I blame them. I don’t either. My coffee is either cold or just straight up wrong half the time. The vibe inside is kinda messy too, like nobody’s keeping up with cleaning and no one really cares. I tried giving them a few chances, but it’s the same thing every visit. I’m done wasting my time and money here. If any one recommends this to you, know they do not like you !!

Horrific experience. My organization utilized this Dunkin location to cater an event for disabled first generation students at the University of Connecticut. Not only were the staff here extremely rude alongside the manager, we could hear subtle remarks being made against our students based on their ‘dis’abilies.
The catering order was wrong- we had ordered a set amount of variety donuts but many looked like they were melted and they shorted us 2 dozen donuts, alongside not giving us enough supplies (cups, napkin, etc). Highly recommend you AVOID this business !

I arrived on Nov 8th at around 3:40 and ordered a hot and iced coffee. I was served by a young African American lady with absolutely no personality and complete attitude. Took them forever to make the ice coffee because half the machines dont work according to them. The Iced coffee was spilling out the sides and completely messy. The hot coffee was not hot whatsoever and when asked to remake it, I was given more attitude and she proceeded to make a new batch but instead gave me slightly warmer coffee within a minute. Absolute worst experience at any dunkin by far. Upon saying thank you either way for her service, instead of replying she simply turned her back to me. She should be relieved of her position if she isn't happy working in customer service.

This Dunkin’ is my go-to spot for the strawberry dragonfruit refresher with green tea. The staff are always kind, efficient, and welcoming, and the drink is consistently delicious. This location is open 24/7, which makes it extremely convenient, too!

I visited this establishment on June 19, 2025, at approximately 2:32 p.m. Upon arriving at the drive-thru, I encountered a young African American employee who, unfortunately, left a lasting negative impression. While I appreciate the pressures of working in fast food, the dismissive attitude I experienced was quite off-putting. Instead of receiving the friendly service I expected, I felt as though my presence was an inconvenience. This lack of courtesy, coupled with my overall experience, has led me to decide that I will not be returning to this location in the future.

i asked for no syrup and they gave my coffee with tons of syrup and sugar now im sick because i can’t tolerate it. I went back in to have her fix it and she told me there wasn’t sugar but i tasted it and got sick from it i think she just didn’t want to remake me it :(
