Ive tried many Thai restaurants in CT, the east and west coast, and even Texas this past summer. My go tos are always Pad Thai or Pad See Ew. I've tried both here and they were underwhelming. Both noodle dishes are on the drier side and they taste like they're missing that final oomph that makes Thai noodle dishes extra special. They have just a whisper of their signature flavor.
