“This places food wasn't the best place for soul food which I was truly shocked after reading all the great reviews but still food for a lunchtime meal, just not a place I would write home about. The food is good just not the best I have had. My major complaint was and this will be a shocker but needs more seasoning lol. It kind of seemed a bit bland to me.
HOWEVER, the reason this owner is still getting a 5 star review is he has amazing compassion. Every Thanksgiving, he usually opens his restaurant for all and anybody to come have a meal there, and might I add for FREE. That is the type of business I would 100% recommend to ALL as any owner that gives back to the community is 100% in my book!“

“First off, super clean, organized truck. Friendly service taking the order, good vibe.
AMAZING brisket sandwich, possibly the best I've ever had. Toasted bun, dripping fat, light BBQ sauce, and solid smoke flavor.
The pulled pork also high quality and a house sauce that complimented the pork.
Can't wait to go to the restaurant proper!“
